SOIL: Volcanic soil rich in skeleton hill at 450m
VINEYARD: Aleatico 100%
WINE OUTPUT: 65%
HARVEST: In the third week of September
WINEMAKING: Carefully monitored temperature, maceration on the skin for about 7 days, with a delestage and three manuals pumping over every day.
ALCOHOLIC FERMENTATION: About 9 months in stainless steel
